This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use any of our Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all TIERverify products and services, including:

• AISimplify Browser Extension - Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox
• AISimplify Desktop - Windows desktop application
• TierHire - Web-based hiring tools and job scoring platform
• AIPBDEV - AI Prompt Builder for Developers
• MIKE - Model Inference Kernel Engine (analyzer.tierverify.com) - AI model persona governance and stability testing platform, including security framework analysis and compliance confirmation tools

4. Information We Collect

4.1 Account Information

When you register for an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Name (if provided)
• Authentication credentials (managed by our authentication provider)
• Account creation date and last active date

4.2 Billing Information

Payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. We retain:

• Subscription tier and status
• Billing history and transaction IDs
• Payment processor customer ID

4.3 Usage Data

We collect data about how you use our Services, including:

• Feature usage counts (e.g., API call counts per billing period)
• Tier assignment and usage limits consumed
• Session timestamps

4.4 Content You Submit

Depending on the product:

• AISimplify: Text you submit for simplification is processed by a third-party AI processing provider. We do not store the content of your simplification requests beyond what is needed to process the request.
• TierHire: Job listings, candidate data, and scoring inputs you submit.
• AIPBDEV: Prompt configurations and project inputs you submit for prompt generation.
• MIKE: AI model configurations, persona definitions, and governance inputs you submit for stability testing and security framework evaluation. Submitted data is processed against TIERverify's internal governance framework repository and is not shared externally.
• MPG: LLM conversation transcripts and model outputs you submit for persona compliance scoring. Submitted content is analyzed for tonal, behavioral, and semantic alignment against your defined persona parameters. Submitted transcripts are not stored beyond the processing of your request.

4.5 Technical Data

We automatically collect:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referring URLs
• Device identifiers (desktop app only)

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
• Process payments and manage your subscription or credit balance
• Enforce usage limits and tier restrictions
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, inactivity warnings)
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations
• Improve and develop our Services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

6. Data Retention and Inactivity Policy

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services.

Inactivity Policy:

• Accounts with no activity for 75 days will receive an email warning.
• Accounts with no activity for 90 days will be downgraded to the free trial tier.
• Accounts with no activity for 120 days are subject to permanent deletion, including all associated data (hard delete cascade).

“Activity” is defined as any authenticated use of a TIERverify product.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting privacy@tierverify.com. Upon verified request, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party providers solely to operate our Services. The categories of providers and the data shared with each are as follows:
